We are pleased to bring you Volume 53 Issue 2 of The Australian Journal of Indigenous Education. This volume is a special issue of AJIE edited by four Indigenous women scholars; Marnee Shay, Maria Raciti, Bronwyn Fredericks, and Tracey Bunda. The volume brings together articles by a number of emerging Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander educational researchers and focuses on the concept of Indigenous futurity through understanding the role of Indigenous education scholars in (re)conceptualising the field of Indigenous education.
